Why Blackberry can’t connect to Exchange Server 2003 through OWA service
I have some users using blackberry device to receive emails from Exchange server 2003 through Outlook web access service. But out of sudden, it is not working. It always return error message, that password is invalid. But I can access the email through IE with the same ID and password.
But when I tried to configure email account in the device using POP3 port, I am able to do so.
What is possible cause for this issue?
Anybody can help?
