You should use DMVPN with EIGRP or OSPF routing protocol. It is scalable and once you deploy hub site, bringing up new site is really easy. DMVPN is for site-to-site VPN. If you need to deploy remtoe access so users can access corp resources while travelling, you can use SSL VPN on your Cisco 3845.
