    The languages used by your employer are the ones you should learn. Other than those, learn whatever you're interested in. If you can't find interest, it won't be worth your time to try anything else. -- Tom

    If you just learn the basics that is common in most of the languages, then you should be able to adjust to a major one depending on which job you apply for. Python is a rather easy language to learn and it is also the one used for the apps for Android. So, you may come up with the new big money maker idea.
