    What did u mean actually, based on which list u wanted to know about details ! Hyper threading is such a technology that allows single/ one  physical processor core to behave like 2 logical processors. If u want to check (just guessing), if the CPU is hyper threading enable/ disabled, open task manager in windows or in terminal type as:
    /proc/cpuinfo
    if u r using Linux.
