Does anyone know if AKA ver 2 protocol is PCI compliance?

The PCI rules say, “…use strong cryptography and security protocols such as SSL/TLS or IPSEC to safeguard sensitive cardholder data during transmission over open, public networks.”

There are also stricter requirements depending on the amount of information you are storing. I’m not sure that AKA is comprehensive enough by itself.
