You can run many different backup tools with Hyper-V. I can't recommend any in particular, it really depends on how you want to backup the VMs. One option is System Center Data Protection Manager.

You don't mentioned if w3hat Hyper-V is, however, any backup software are good for backing up files. It just depends on your preferences, but in general, backup software are designed to keep your files safe in some place.
