 Where is Microsoft Internet Transfer Controll

Hi Everybody, I had some register issues and the outcome was to wipe out my hard drive and start fresh, re-install all my programs that I need or want and now that it's all back up and running, I go into my Visual Basic Program and can't find the Microsoft internet transfer control ocx, I can't remember if it was something that I did a download to get but even with that rout I can't find it to download, can any one tell me how to get it back in my visual basic work files or program? Thank you all for your replies.

Thanks for your reply, but your answers don’t have anything to do with what my question is about. I didn’t ask “how to use the control” I asked how to fix the error I was getting. But thank you any ways.
