Where do ICT professionals search and/or share online?
Knowledge Transfer, Professional development, Networking, Information and communication technologies industry, SMB, Server room, TCP/IP
So where do IT professionals go for support?

I would like to hear about your favorite online resources. Discussion groups, knowledge sharing, quality forums, sites for specific areas like tcp/ip or management or security, etc.

For example I belong to the British Computer Society and keep a subscription to MS TechNet and follow the topics at Tech Republic. But I rarely share one-to-one or in a recurring group.
