Where can I find default RAID 5 configurations for Perc5/I (or similar) for reconstructing the RAID from disk images?

The specific pieces of info I am looking for are default settings for: Disk Order Raid 5 Parity Distribution, Parity Length, Controller-reserved sector information (Reserved from Start sector), Not sure if it makes a difference but it was originally a 4 Disk raid 5, but later RAID was expanded with a 5th disk)

    What's the end goal here? If you need to restore the array from a backup, you simply restore the entire array from a single backup. You don't restore each spindle separately.

    Sounds as you have already setup the RAID. Just restore the backup and you should be good to go. The RAID controller should handle all the details for you.
