 When trying to log into Outlook, it is not accepting the password
We've got an Outlook profile/acct set up on a machine and it's authenticated in mail setup (underlined/took the credentials). However, when trying to log into Outlook, it is not accepting the password Please help with your suggestions. I know it is the correct credentials, because when logging in to check on email in through our company OWA, it works

If Outlook prompts for a password, you have a login credentials problem. Log the user out and have him/her log back in. The same user has to be logged in for Outlook to work properly. ******************* Create the profile on a different machine and see if it works ok> If so, delete and recreate the original mail profile that failed. If it still fails, recreate the user profile on the machine in question. *******************
