Q:
Whats the Procedure to get VMWare ESXi up and Running on New Hardware Server Blade
I am planning to get VMWare ESXi 3.5 on an New Server hardware ( that possibly does not figure in the HCL list of VMWare / Communicty HCL list / WhiteBox HCL). So if I do run into issues ( which i think I will) , how do I get resolved. Should I approach the Vendor / VMWare for Resolution ?

You'll probably have a tough time getting VMware to help you with a non-HCL piece of hardware. Your best bet is probably the hardware vendor, if they have any VMware expertise. The next best bet would be the VMware community - lots of people have put all flavors of ESX on white boxes.
