What would you consider the best way to practice for the A+ exam? I'd like to earn my A+ networking certification.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Is it A+ networking you really mean? When I took the A+ it was hardware and software, then the Net+ was separate. Either things have changed or you are mixing the two up. :-) Either way Measure Up tests have helped me pass 2 certifications. Quickcert was another lesson and test program that helped me pass 3 certs. They are not free, but in my humble opinion they were both worth the money.

The answer depends on whether or not you feel like paying for classroom or online training. If so, take a class by all means, then get yourself a book, an Exam Cram, and some practice tests and work through them until you can eat, sleep, and breathe A+ Q&A. If you don't have the wherewithal to take a class--and don't forget your neighborhood community college may offer a semester long prep class at a surprisingly affordable price (under $400 in the Austin Metro area where I live, at Austin Community College)--then skip the class and just go for the combination of study guide, exam cram, and practice test(s). That should do it! HTH, --Ed--
