 What’s the best unified communication platform on the market?

My company have been looking at deploying a new unified communications platform in an attempt to become more productive. I've seen a couple of good options, but I wondered if anyone had any suggestions? Thanks in advance, James

Have you looked into Cisco Jabber? We use it for our voice/video/conferencing/IM and it works on all platforms, their hub would be worth checking out
