I'm just starting out in the cloud computing market and I'm looking to find the best one for my startup company. I know there's Amazon's EC2 and AWS, Apache Hadoop, Windows Azure, etc., so which service would be the best way to go?

I am currently using Office 365 and have been pretty happy with it - and I am aware I am not using it nearly to its capability.

Are you looking for hosting/computing resources or actual office applications? If the former, WordPress is good for basic websites. Rackspace is very popular as well. If the latter, then certainly check out Office 365 and Google Docs.
