Is there a good way to have Apache and IIS both listen to Port 80 on Windows Server 2003? I need to do this cleanly as possible. Ideally, I would use packet headers to decide which server should handle the requests. But if anyone knows an easier way, please let me know!

In terms of Windows I’m not sure how much advancements there have been in this, but you could do load balancing.

Another option is to install a third web server to act as a proxy (Nginx is always recommended for this), and have it forward to either IIS or Apache based on the request.  The issue with this is that neither IIS or Apache can run on 80 as that’ll be used by Nginx.

One last option would be having 2 NICs on the machine and having IIS listen on one IP and Apache on the other.
