In trying to assist you, I would suggest you start with the reasons you believe you need a CRM system, if you have not already done so. They will form the basis for rating and ranking any CRM system you are considering.

Similarly, they typically need a system that is more “customer facing” than back end customer management. Finally, work out your ROI on each potential CRM system.
