What would you recommend as the best CRM solution for a small business?

What would you recommend as the best CRM solution for a small business (about 5-10 workers) also would this solution offer any include or be integrated with any I.T helpdesk software. Thanks.

In trying to assist you, I would suggest you start with the reasons you believe you need a CRM system, if you have not already done so. They will form the basis for rating and ranking any CRM system you are considering.

For example, in my experience with CRM systems over the past 10 years most small businesses really want a Sales Force Automation (SFA) system. Similarly, they typically need a system that is more “customer facing” than back end customer management. Finally, work out your ROI on each potential CRM system.
These are 3 (of many) guidelines that should keep you on the right track to buying the right stuff.
