 What would be the best tool to identify various browser issues?

Friends could you please guide about the best tool that can help to identify issues for all popular browsers. Essentially script once and the engine tests for all popular browsers. The server platform is Unix.

You might want to specify what kind of ‘issues’ you are referring to.
