Hi All,

I have two year exp in desktop support and currently i am getting 10000 and i am goin gto get appraisal by this month in my current organisation. i am going for interview for desktop support engg next week. What salary i should expect there. Kindly guide me.

Desktop support can range from $10-$25 per hour. But they usually base your raises on a percentage of your base pay. Depending on how good you perform, you can try to negotiate a higher percentage. BUT the main consideration is your company culture. Check what the standard raise is for your company and base your expectations around that.
