Wikimedia or TikiWiki looks like our starting point. 

We do not use Exchange or Outlook and we do not have the Microsoft infrastructure to support Shrepoint. No Active Directory hence the LDAP requirement. For now the cost to implement AD is more than we want to spend.]]></description>
