 What questions should we ask a project manager who will oversee a data center move?

What questions should we be sure to ask a project manager who will be responsible for the overall coordination of a physical move of an existing data center's equipment to a newly constructed data center space in an adjacent new building? They will not be responsible for the actual movers but the logistics of the move.
