After I complete my BSC degree in Computer Networking and Information Technology at the Coventry University in the UK, what kinds of jobs might I be offered? What will I be qualified for?

I'm having trouble mapping your desciption to an actual degree plan at your university. Can you please visit <a href="http://www.euroeducation.net/euro/ukuc0038.htm">this Web page </a>and tell me the name (or names) of the programs you'll be completing as they appear thereupon? With that information in hand, I can map the curriculum requirements to more specific kinds of positions from job postings and such to provide an accurate answer. Also, if you will earn any IT certifications as part of your degree plan, or plan to acquire any such credentials before hitting the job market, please let me know about those as well.
Off the cuff, however, I'd suggest you think about something along the lines of network administrator, server administrator, help desk, or senior technical support staff.
