PGP, or more specifically OpenPGP is a great, and more importantly FREE method of securing your data and your e-mails. You don't want "The Man" reading your e-mails, and neither do I.
There are many PGP and OpenPGP programs out there, but the one that is the most versatile that I have seen is called GnuPG. It comes in some form for every operating system. It comes standard with Ubuntu Linux, and there are versions for Windows and MAC.
They make plugins for firefox and thunderbird

Email, Encryption, Certificates, Managed Services, Email encryption, Exchange 2003
I have been tasked by my CEO to setup Email Encryption for 150 users so they can send sensitive information to business partners and end users. We are currently running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. I would like a system which is simple to implement and has a low overhead to administer and does not impact on our users. I believe most systems use certificates which I would like to keep away from as I know from past experience what a headache they are. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
