Yes and it depends on the company you work for and what they are willing to pay for the position. I love my job and do not desire to work elsewhere even though I am sure I could get paid more somewhere else. So it depends on whether you can accept the job at the pay scale they offer or want more and need to keep searching. Will you enjoy working there? Decide what is most important to you, then go for it!
