SD would be the fastest to my knowledge, all ram has its own clockspeed though so it would depend on the type of sdram for example you could have ddr2 clocked at 600mhz would not be as fast as ddr clocked at 800mhz. This is all dependant on the front side bus of the motherboard you are using also and again with the cpu.
In a ideal world you would want to have memory running at the optimum speed of the mother board and cpu. You can usually find this out from your motherboards manual and then match your memory from there.
