I am working for SAP CRM 7.0 (WebClient UI) I want to add new fields for Incident in Interaction Center and Service request in Service pro as well. Fields will have the drop down menu with the fixed values.
Here the component name is SRQM_INCIDENT_H.
My worry is what the EEW Bus Object and What is the Extension Type and what is the Business transaction category I need to choose while I am creating Extension.
Please help me to add new fields to SRQM_INCIDENT_H.
