 What is the best way to trace printed documents with SharePoint?

My company would like to be able to trace, from the identifier/label/barcode of a printed document, the following info: - Who printed it - Who downloaded it - When it was downloaded from Sharepoint - When it was printed - The name of the file - The version of the file Is this even possible? How? Thanks alot! By the way, my company uses SharePoint Online.
