The “quickest” way is to find an employer who needs the skills you have! Working on increasing your skills of course will open more possibilities for employment for you. So continue your training and keep looking at the same time and at some point you will find the employer who needs someone who knows what you know and you’re golden. :-)

Non-vendor-specific may be best but it depends on what you want to do. Try to get your hands-on experience via volunteer work, internship, or by setting up a lab at home.
