Quick Storage Migration (QSM) is a new feature in VMM 2008 R2 that will allow me to move a VM from one type of storage to another with minimal downtime. Let’s say, I have a VM that is running on an Fibre Channel SAN, and I want to now move it to and iSCSI SAN. QSM will allow me to take the VM that was running on the one LUN and move it to the other.
