    Assuming you are in a learning system. Dynamic cursor like, in every row fetch executes the base query again and again but returns only the corresponding row from the resultset. while Keyset cursor stores only the primary keys in the background temporary table and in every row-fetch it queries the original data based on the current key. But you have to read your study materials for more depth knowledge.
