Network administrator is a modern professional responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network. This normally includes deploying, configuring, maintaining and monitoring active network equipment. A related role is that of the network specialist, or network analyst, who concentrates on network design and security. The Network Specialist is usually the level of technical/network staff in an organization and will rarely be involved with direct user support. The Network Administrator will concentrate on the overall integrity of the network, server deployment, security, and ensuring that the network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations at the network level of an organization's hierarchy. Data Network Specialist delivers customized IT solutions ranging from Network Infrastructure Engineering, Network Security, 802.11 Wireless, Voice over IP, Computer Telephony Integration, Web Hosting & Development, Technical Support and Training.

Unified Communications focuses on converging different technologies so employees can enhance collaboration and be more productive when servicing customers. Its about easy access to your most essential communications needs. The ability to retrieve your voicemail, email, faxes, and even video from one convenient platform which permits sharing information in real-time. Unified Communications means you can use the telephone to do more than just make a call and you can use email for more than just plain old messages. Unified email applications allow you to retrieve your email while listening to your voice messages and use presence to determine if a colleague can join you on a conference call. Microsoft Office Communicator is an example of unified communications. Through the presence feature you can determine if someone is available, send instant messages, call them, send a video call, share a file, or schedule a meeting all within the single platform. It really can enhance a company's productivity and collaboration. Unified Communications is all about designing platforms which are multi-functional and feature rich to allow you to conveniently communicate anytime and anywhere.
