what could be the reason that a user is receving calls successfully but can not receive calls? I think it could be releated to Calling search space;but don't know the exact answer. if any body can please explain

Not sure how someone could be receiving calls successfully but can’t recieve calls? Do you mean they recieve calls but can’t make calls?
If you are not recieving calls this could be…
A VoIP Addpter that’s not connected or a firewall issue
If you are recieving , but can’t make calls it could be a proxy issue
Without more details about hardware, software or network topology it’s difficult to say.
Try configure the calling search space to non-manager ! and employee-CSS for incoming outgoing calls if any
