I have a site that is 70ms away. What formula do I use to calculate throughput for different file sizes? Thanks

Here's a basic <a href="http://www.numion.com/Calculators/Distance.html">website</a> that can give you throughput based on distance, connection size & block size. It will give you a good fundamental calculation that you can then put into a spreadsheet to calculate throughput for various file sizes or even connection sizes.
