 What backup software should I use for 12 servers and 6 terabytes of data?

I'm running Windows Server 2008. We have a lot of legacy data and current data. We need to back it all up on a tape library. What's the best hardware and software to use to make this simple and idiot proof?

For a simplied solution, I would use Symantec Backup Exec utilzing SpectraLogic T50e tape library. ========== You have to use a cloning software, I suggest that you research some cloning software available in the market because they have different features and prices. The most important is organize first the files that you want to back up to avoid any mess in the future.
