What are your biggest iPhone-in-the-enterprise problems?
I'm curious as to how many ITKE'rs are actually seeing execs bring their iPhone into the enterprise for support, and what are some of your biggest concerns/problems troubleshooting these devices. Are you worried about security, contact syncing, or e-mail? Any thoughts or troubleshooting tips you've come across are appreciated!

Answer Wiki:
My concerns are many... The biggest is that the iPhone, as cool as it is, is not on the list of approved devices. Technically it's not supported, but when the CFO brings his in, guess what.... I get to waste... er, I have the pleasure of spending half of my day supporting a device for someone who's attitude is: "Just fix it". Any one have a cluestick I can borrow?

The second concern is Apple's (apparent) laxity in developing or at lease releasing patches for published vulnerabilities. If there's an exploit out there, why wait 2 - 3 weeks to patch it, especially since given the current state of the iPhone OS, every process runs as root...

The third is that I can't afford one, and I feel neglected... boo hoo, and wah wah wah.
