Softphones is one form of virtualization we are looking into to replace digital phones and increase VOIP usage, also Desktop virtualization to reduce our hardware costs.

We are considering desktop virtualization too. But I don't think we are going to implement it in the near future.

We are allready working on server virtualization..and aplication..deployment..
Now we are considering also desktop virtualization.

Implemented and still testing XenCenter for thin client connections. Currently trying to configure the X-Lite soft phone for use with a SwitchVox VOIP box. Yay for virtual! It makes problem solving so much easier. Can't connect to the domain with an instance? Scrap it. Reinstall the template. Win.
