What are the most suitable CRM solutions for small business?
I am running a small company and before some time I realised that I need CRM software to make everything much easier (this is the first time I am a company owner, so everything is really new to me). I did some research and found the leaders on the market - Sugar CRM, Sales Force, Microsoft and so on. However, those solutions are really expensive (from my point of view). I was wondering, if there is anyone, who can give me a list of affordable CRM solutions I can use. Here are some of the main features I am looking for:
  • Easy to use
  • Low implementation expenses
  • Full support
  • Office Integration
  • Ability to send SMS and E-mails to my customers
  • Sales Pipeline and Budget Templates integrated
  • Price no more than 30 GBP per month

Software/Hardware used:
CRM software

Answer Wiki:
I use BPMonline CRM. I'll keep it short: Easy to use - yes Low implementation expenses - no expenses (it's SaaS) Full support - yes, subscription comprises of license+support package Office Integration - it can be integrated with Google Docs Ability to send SMS and E-mails to my customers - SMS - no, Emails - yes Sales Pipeline and Budget Templates integrated - pipeline - yes, Templates - don't get the point, what do you mean by that? Price no more than 30 GBP per month - $29 per user You may visit our site (http://www. bpmonline.com) but I suggest you to request an online presentation (http://www.bpmonline.com/company/feedback/presentation). The presentation may take more time (about 20-30 minutes), but from the other token, you will get a big picture of solution's features for making a decision is this solution for you or it's not.

It’s hard to guess what is best for you. You might want to try out the Download Sugar Community Edition link for Sugar CRM. That will give you a very good CRM that you can use as the baseline for an eventual decision. (It wouldn’t surprise me if you stayed with the Community Edition nor if you went for a license to the Pro edition. It is a very good solution to start out on.)

I suggest a cost-effective OnCloud CRM which is quick to implement and has quick ROI (return on investment). Cloud CRM allows small businesses to experiment with new products, services and strategies, it does not require additional IT personnel to be hired and can store large amount of data to generate effective reports and analytics. Leads and customers can be imported into the system and their records are available anywhere through any web enabled device.

I would recommend investing in a knowledge base platform. A knowledge base improves agent performance and provides stellar customer support. SmartSupport (www.safeharbor.com) is a very affordable knowledge base and community software application, check it out.
