The biggest difference is that Exchange 2010 is tightly integrated with Active Directory Rights Management Server (AD RMS). There is now a new action in Transport Rules to RMS protect messages. You can also configure Outlook Protection Rules which allow automatic RMS protection of messages at the Outlook client.
