 What are the benefits tO FC and iSCSI?
Cost effective and easier to manage ?

If you already have an Ethernet network which is fast, and has lots of bandwidth available on it, then iSCSI will be more cost effective as you already have all the switches in place. However if your Ethernet Network is already near capacity, and/or you need to push a LOT of data from the Array to the servers, then you'll want to get an FC solution. After they are setup there isn't any maintenance beyond adding new servers.
