Is there a way to see who created or droped a table in sql server?

If your database is in full recovery mode and you have Lumigent’s Log Explorer or Quest Software’s LiteSpeed for SQL Server then you can look through the Transaction Log and see who did what. If not, if you have SQL Server 2008 you can enable auditing to track this information going forward. If you have SQL Server 2005 or older you are out of luck without a third party tool and the database in Full Recovery.
