Have you verified you do not already have it on DVD ?

Otherwise, see the ‘Features’ section of WebSphere Application Server for i. Electronic delivery (i.e., download) should be possible through the ‘Entitled Software Support (ESS)’ Web site that is linked from there.

It might only be the Express edition of Websphere Application Server that can be downloaded. If download can’t be done, the page provides info for ordering CDs/DVDs.
