Hi,

If you are using Microsoft Windows (R) operating system (I don’t recommend it), you can use IIS or Apache HTTPD Server (see www.apache.org). If you are using Linux, I recomend Apache Httpd server too (most distributions of GNU/Linux has installed it)
Read about to configure a httpd server in http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/, you need to know at least, where to put your webpages withing the Apache Httpd installation directory.

Aditionally, you need a static and public IP address (ask to your Internet Service Provider), and send this information (DNS information too) to your Domain Registrant; doing this, all request to your domain will be redirected to your PC, using your static and public IP address.

Hope this will help you !

Regards.
