Financial IT Enable Service-
I want to find out automation testing tool used to find out 'why webserver slow down / CPU utilization grows to 100% frequently. Is it Software Application or web-service or network or server configuration issue. Which should be best suitable tool used to carry out stress/load/performane testing if VB/ASP/dot.net/SQL/oracle being used
