 Web query options not displayed
I am working through the Redbook on Web Query. I have logged on as an administrator through the browser and created a new domain. Next step is to create metadata and that should be accessed via a drop down menu on the reports folder. The only options I have when I right click the reports folder is New Folder and Refresh. I do not have any of the options described in the manual i.e. Power Painter, Report Assistant, Graph Assistant, Editor, Metadata, New Folder, Delete, Properties, Refresh. We are running an M15 with V5R4. I am accessing this from my Mac using a VPN connection and Safari browser. Any ideas anyone?

What release of Web Query do you have?

I am accessing this from my Mac using a VPN connection and Safari browser. Any ideas anyone?

Depending on the release, the only idea I have at the moment is “Don’t use Safari.” For R110 and R111, IBM recommends Firefox 3.5.8 or earlier.

You might look through some options on the IBM DB2 Web Query for i pages. Maybe the DB2 Web Query Forum has some specific help.
