When I am log on to the webmail or Microsoft Outlook 2003 to access my email account within my company and select a particular email with attachment this will log me off automatically back to the log on screen where I orginally started from. I have narrow it down and know which one is giving me the problem.

My question is there a way to delete that particular email in Microsoft Exchange?

Try turning off the preview pain in the Outlook client when you are at the office and then delete the email.
