Web host, Servers, Virtual Dedicated Server, Virtual Private Server

Do traditional web hosts have a service similar to virtual dedicated servers but with the Windows XP operating system instead of IIS or Apache?

A large number of hosting providers offer VMware servers allowing you to install whatever operating system you prefer. Just do a search for the terms below and I'm sure there will be plenty of places advertising near the top of the results.
