Hey there guys

I would like to know a very interesting question. Where do public government organizations, public tertiary educational institutions host their websites, in order for the public to access certain resources they avail to us.?

Do they build their own web hosting platforms and isolate them to a differently located data center or do they partner up with big web hosting companies that already have built their own web hosting server center.?

Reasons are: I am currently working on a web project for the public, but I don't want to spend extra cash on contracting with an anonymous web hosting service provider.

Several questions you asked here. To available your website in the www/ World wide web, it is needed a place/space where to host it. This place is provided by the web hosting provider or sometimes ISP. The web hosting as a service incorporates the space where your website files are stored, the traffic to your website, and lots of extra services such as firewall protection/ technical assistance etc.etc. You can also host your website free, if you are going for almost cost less. There are several web sites that offer the same, here is one, https://www.freehosting.com/
