I would like to know a very interesting question.
Where do public government organizations, public tertiary educational institutions host their websites, in order for the public to access certain resources they avail to us.?
Do they build their own web hosting platforms and isolate them to a differently located data center or do they partner up with big web hosting companies that already have built their own web hosting server center.?
I am currently working on a web project for the public, but I don't want to spend extra cash on contracting with an anonymous web hosting service provider.
