 Web Filtering Problem

Hi, I am having some trouble here. I use a Web Filter call Websense Security to filter all web traffic. I have all IM blocked from usage. IM chat is working through https protocol like gmail chat, etc. I spoke to Websense support and sad to say they really suck. I even captured logs of the communications and blocked them in the filter to prohibit the chat through SSL and it still has gotten through. Any suggestions?

Some of the users could be using some type of filter bypass application like TOR. This would allow them to use applications like IM without going directly to the website URL in question. You may need to consider some means of blocking particular applications from running on a user's computer. You can do this through group policies or applications like McAfee firewall.
