    As far as my knowledge Web archive is a web-created file format generally used by Safari browser, though u did not mention which browser u r using now. However, it is not cleared that, have u already make web archive from ur end !! or u just want to convert a web page into a jpeg format. As Mr. Charlie asked more details r required here.
