Web Application Freezing

I am using  web app's (3), but when I select to add 'notes' (which opens a new window) my computer freezes. Hard drive & RAM are good No additional add-ons All temp files have been cleaned out Any idea on why it keeps freezing?

This was caused by a GDI object limit.
To increase the limit you can following the directions:

    It is for a large financial company, however I cannot name the web app =( I thought it may be a (local) computer issue since only one user is having the issue, rather than all 2000+ users.

    First thing i like to know is how much ram you have in the PC. You say it is 'good', what exactly do you mean by that? Freezing occurs most of the time because there is a bigger demand for ram than there actually is present. This means swapping out to the hard drive for temp storage. Check your task manager for memory allocation information.
