We have one AS/400 printer of HP model, its printing first print and then stopping, every time we have to start the printer. Can you please suggest why this is happening, and how can we fix this.

if this happens with particular print jobs it sounds like you have escape sequences or control characters coming out in those particular jobs. That could point to bad data.

If the job queue goes offline then it indicates that there is a communications issue with the printer. I would check the interface and if necessary replace the centronics or serial cable to the printer if that’s how it is hooked up.
